We are currently seeking to expand further and have positions available for our Outside Sales Representative position in Ontario at our Toronto branch.

Description

The ideal candidate will prospect and generate new commercial business and expand sales in existing accounts by understanding and qualifying accounts. This candidate should be a hustler with an outgoing, confident personality and willing to objection-handle customers while simultaneously delivering top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Contacts current and prospective clients to identify their need for existing and/or new products
  • Initiates sales process by understanding account requirements, scheduling appointments, conducting initial presentations and follow-ups
  • Prospects and develops new business through a strategic process of warm and cold calls
  • Visits customers across Ontario to build rapport and search for new opportunities for customer growth
  • Logs all customer interactions in CRM
  • Meets established goals for territory development and sales quotas
  • Contributes information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from accounts

Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in cold calling sales with a strong track record of success
  • 2+ years of relevant experience within the low-voltage wire/cable, and/or CCTV, and/or A/V, and/or home automation market is a definite asset
  • Ability to travel extensively throughout the province
  • Experience in developing and executing territory sales strategies
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals

We are currently seeking to further expand and have a position available for a Receptionist/Administrative position in the Montreal branch.

Description

The ideal candidate will help answer incoming calls and emails and direct them to the appropriate staff member. This candidate should be great at multi-tasking and be able to deliver top-notch customer service. The candidate will also deal with the daily operations of the Montreal branch and take time to help the marketing team with French translations.

Responsibilities

  • Acting as the first point of contact for general enquiries, your responsibility includes Answering customer's questions over the phone or via email
  • Redirecting emails and/or incoming correspondence requiring specific staff expertise for response
  • Entering orders into our inventory system
  • Working with the marketing department in Toronto with English to French translations
  • Provides office coverage, including greeting visitors, copying, faxing, processing claims for payment and maintaining a master filing system.
  • 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday

Qualifications

  • 1+ Years in an administrative role
  • Experience within the low-voltage wire/cable, and/or CCTV, and/or A/V, and/or home automation market is a definite asset
  • Experience in translating is a definite asset
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team to meet or exceed goals
  • Superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask and prioritize workload
  • Excellent written skills and proven ability to develop clear, concise and comprehensive written communication
  • Strong computer skills, including but not limited to knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word and Excel), Adobe Acrobat, Ring Central (Similar to Zoom) etc.
